A 10-week sprint designed to help busy agents like you learn (and, more importantly, implement) the simple, non-salesy techniques required to dominate other agents taking it easy in Q4.

The foundation of the sprint is a weekly, live Zoom hosted personally by me. Throughout our sprint, the focus will be implementation, not education. You probably don’t need more knowledge, and you definitely don’t need more things to add to your to-do list. Instead, our focus will be on doing fewer things but ensuring they are the right things.
As a result, we will not be focussing on lots of new ideas. Instead, we will focus on tried and true techniques that, when applied skillfully, have been proven to work time and time again.
Week 1:
Goal Setting
In week 1, we will set our sail using our Rainmaker Dashboard™ system to set goals for the sprint. You’ll set activity goals (the specific measurable activities that you’ll be held accountable for each week) and outcome goals (the fruit that will result from those goals).
Weeks 2-5 :
Leveraging Open Houses To Generate Motivated, Ready To Buy Leads
Open houses are the absolute quickest way I know to generate ready-to-buy buyers. But, most agents are absolutely terrible at holding them. They waste tons of time baking cookies, putting out signs, and working hard to get people to “sign in at the seller's request”.

This all seems overwhelming. How do I stay on track? We have a simple weekly rhythm that helps new members get the hang of things. The foundation is our weekly Rainmaker Coaching Zoom, during which John gives newer members a quick tutorial on how to get started. All you have to do is make it to that one meeting and we will guide you from there!
